- Eligibility for Refund
In the event that a technical problem occurs during the course, learners are required to request a refund within 48 hours of the date and time of purchase. If refund claims are made after 48 hours of the course’s activation, the course is no longer refundable.
Please be aware that we take violations of our Terms and Conditions extremely seriously, and even if learners request refunds within the appropriate refund period, we are under no obligation to do so. - Refund Request Process
Please send us an email at support@obulearning.com with your order ID and the details of your refund request if you want to ask for a refund. The refund procedure will begin when we acknowledge your refund request, and we may need more information from you. -
Refund Rejection
Your refund request can be turned down if

A participant asked for refunds for the same course multiple times (more than once).

A participant claimed excessive refunds (more than five times) for various courses.

The participant requests while their account is deleted or cancelled, their account is banned, or that their access to the course be restricted as a result of breaking our Terms and Conditions.

You receive final assessment grades and you are unhappy with or fail the course evaluation.

Please be aware that we reserve the right to refuse any refund requests at our sole discretion if the aforementioned requirements are not met.

Refunding Method
Within 30 days of the date on which you receive an email acknowledging your refund request, all refunds will be handled. To allow for a comprehensive inquiry, we do, however, reserve the right to extend the deadline by more than 30 days. We will evaluate each refund request individually, and we reserve the right to decide whether the request is granted or denied.

Payment Refund
Within 14 days of a successful refund application, the refunded amount will be credited back to the participant’s account.
When paying with a credit card, the participant’s original credit card will be used to process the refund. However, the length of the refund process varies depending on how quickly each bank processes payments. For further information, participant can get in touch with the respective bank.

Please be aware that we reserve the right to modify our refund policy at any time. Any modifications will be announced on our website and will be effective for all purchases made after the modification date.
